For Orders within India:
- Currently, for orders above Rs. 500, our shipping is free. This is subject to change without notice.
- Our goal is to be able to ship your order within 2 working days
- Our delivery partners take up to 7 days to deliver the consignment to your doorstep
- In case you need the order to be expedited, we request you to Whatsapp +91 97433 69026 (Mon to Fri: 10 am to 6 pm IST) with your order number. Our team will get back to you on what can be done
In case of order cancellation:
- For orders below Rs. 500, customers are required to ship the items to our office
- We do not accept returns for items that are on sale or below the value of Rs. 300
- If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, we do not charge any fee
Shipping Fee In Case of Exchange & Exchange Policy:
- Manufacturing Defect: If notified within 48 hours upon receipt, we will exchange it free of cost.
- Sizing Issue: We offer one free exchange (returns and replacement) per customer. We understand that the sizes of t-shirts and jerseys differ between brands. Note: this is accommodated for someone who wants to exchange with a size up or down from what they have ordered. In case, it is two or three sizes up/down from what has been ordered, then the customer is required to courier the package to our office. We will ship the replacement at our expense.
- Design Change: If you require a change in design, then we request you ship the product to us. We will charge an additional fee of Rs. 45 per tee for sending you the replacement.
- Customised Products: Unless there is a manufacturing defect, we do not accept returns/exchanges for customised products.
- Please note: for any exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Ensure that it stays in its original packing along with the tags.

- Replacements will be shipped only after we receive the original item from you. Ensure that original packing, tags, etc.. remain. Ensure that the material is not used, washed, etc. Items will be reviewed upon receipt before it is confirmed for exchange.
